Docks

Complete replacement of existing piers and docks is often overlooked. Older piers and docks become a safety hazard when neglected. New structures can be more aesthetically pleasing for your property and will also enhance real-estate value.

Many of our custom projects require using multiple ways of anchoring the dock. Often the site locations have ledge making it cost prohibitive to have piles holding the dock. We use various systems including helix anchors, mushroom anchors and using the surrounding ledge to hold the dock safely in position. Frequently clients prefer this type of system over piles for the reason of aesthetics.

When a client's needs are unique we try our best to accommodate their exact desire. In this circumstance a floating dock is not what was needed. Rough sea conditions and shallow water made a floating dock cost prohibitive. A unique step system we designed with the client allowed easy access to the water at all tide levels. The system also provides minimal impact to the environment as well as the views from the home.
